To guarantee your reservation for our specialized tours (including Caving, Archeological expeditions, and Canoeing), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Accepted Payments

Payments can be made in Belize Dollars, US Dollars, or by credit card, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Full payment is due on the day of the tour.

Cancellation Timeline

We operate with limited group sizes to ensure safety and quality. Once you book, your space is removed from our inventory, preventing others from booking. Therefore, refunds are issued strictly according to the following window:

15 Days or More Prior to Departure: 100% Refund (minus 5% processing fee to cover credit card costs).
7 to 14 Days Prior to Departure: 50% Refund.
Less than 7 Days (48 Hours) Prior: 0% Refund.

No-Show & Rescheduling Policy

In the event of a no-show, refunds are not available. We are happy to assist with rescheduling your tour, depending on availability.

Changing Hotels: If you change your accommodation, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to update us may result in a missed pickup and forfeiture of your booking without refund.

Be Ready: Please be in your hotel lobby or designated pickup point 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Drivers cannot wait more than 10 minutes past the scheduled time, as this impacts the itinerary for other guests.

Weather Policy

Standard Operations: Our Hiking, Nature, and Archeological tours operate rain or shine. Tropical showers are common and do not necessitate a cancellation. Please dress appropriately.

Safety Cancellations: For Caving and Canoeing tours, safety is paramount. If water levels are too high or conditions are deemed unsafe by our Lead Guide, we will cancel the tour. In this specific event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Health & Fitness

Some of our activities, such as caving and hiking, require a moderate level of physical fitness. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, our guides may assess whether guests are able to comfortably participate. If a guide feels that continuing the tour could pose a risk due to fitness level or undisclosed health conditions, they may kindly recommend not proceeding with the activity to ensure the well-being of all guests.

Mandatory Travel Insurance Recommendation

Because our cancellation policy is strict, we do not offer refunds for guest cancellations due to illness, flight delays, family emergencies, or traffic. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover these unforeseen expenses
