Jacamar Eco-Cultural Tours welcomes you to Belize, affectionately known to us as “The Jewel.” Belize is a small country just south of Mexico, bordered by Guatemala to the west and the Caribbean Sea to the east. Though small in size, it is renowned for its extraordinary natural landscapes and pristine jungles. Our shores are home to the second-largest barrier reef in the world, a natural wonder that defines our identity and draws visitors from across the globe.
 

 

Our beaches, cayes, and coastal waters reflect the beauty of our marine world, while inland you will find a cultural tapestry as rich as the land itself. From monumental Maya temples that speak to our ancient heritage, to vast cave systems that inspire explorers, Belize offers an unmatched blend of nature and history. Creole and Garifuna fishing villages line our coasts, and vibrant Mestizo, Maya, and Yucatec Maya communities contribute to the cultural diversity that makes Belize truly unique.
